Hey Girlfriend,

I’m Essence a Certified Hypnotherapist, Mindset Expert, Manifestation Enthusiast & the creator of Butterfly Soul Co, a magical space where you can truly shift, transform and manifest whatever you desire by reprogramming your subconscious mind.

I’m also a Certified Crystal Practitioner and retired crystal shop owner. Currently pivoting in my business but still provide crystal healing services to my clients.

I am living in my dream state of California (which I manifested in 10 months) with my amazing supportive husband and beautiful fur babies.

I love walks along the beach, shopping for beautiful crystals and you can always find me expanding my knowledge of things that expand my consciousness!

My favorite colors are pink and purple and I’m pretty much obsessed with anything that sparkles bright.

When we bought our first home we had a glitter themed housewarming party! You can imagine what things looked like after that celebration!
